Daniel Lafleche presents A fascinating clip from the film Malaria Parasites posted at Film and Video Marketplace Blog, saying, “Why is it that 30 years ago malaria in Africa was no more serious than the flu? This is heavier than the usual movie fare we talk about here, but worth looking at.

Well Tatum won one when she was 10, but I don’t remember her being nominated again.
She’s also married to Jon McEnroe – so I think you threw her in there to throw us off!
That being said … I can’t remember any of these women getting two oscar nods except Kate Winslet
(not that she won, but it’s the thought that counts)
